Users can also download a desktop version of Leather. Leather’s desktop application is primarily focused on functionality related to users’ BTC and STX tokens, and users don’t have the ability to connect to dapps. However, they can still participate in a number of network processes, including Stacking.
How to Install Leather Bitcoin Wallet for Desktop
Visit the desktop application installation page
Select the appropriate tab based on your operating system and click the “Download” button
Open the downloaded file
Select a destination folder for the Leather desktop application and click “Install”
Click “Finish” and run the Leather desktop application
How to Install Leather Bitcoin Wallet for Linux
On the desktop application installation page, click on the “Linux” tab
Select “Download .rpm” for Red Hat-based distributions or “Download .deb” for Debian-based distributions like Ubuntu
Open the downloaded file and follow the system’s installation instructions
