To unlock your Ledger device, you may either enter your Ledger PIN that you created at set-up, or you can use your 24-word Recovery phrase as a backup. More information on that process here. Please enter your 4-8 character PIN to open your Ledger device. If you’ve forgotten your PIN but have your 24-word Recovery Phrase, you can restore your Ledger device from that phrase, reset the PIN and unlock the device.
